Q1: How to know if my Organization needs HR Consultation?

Q2: Do I need to be trained even after being hired and working?

In order to avoid such errors, you have 2 ways to skip mistakes, 1- Get trained on your weaknesses by a professional or get the help of a recruiting agencies.

Q4: I am not happy with my associates / subordinates performance, what to do?

A4: In order to be fair and evaluate performance correctly you need a Performance Management SYSTEM (PMS) active and in place, you need to have a clear strategy that is translated into SMART KPI's agreed and weighted. Then you can tell how the performance is. A specialized professional consultation company can review your process and amend it if needed or can put it in place from scratch if you do not have one.

Q5: I was facing a challenge in my personal soft skills so, I went to internet and downloaded some presentations and I read them all but no improvement. WHY?

Training is not only materials it is mainly the knowledge of the trainer that it is transferred to you during the training session. A6: I totally agree, how? I will shortly summarize it, by using the Manpower outsourcing concept you are avoiding having a big Human Resources department, you are avoiding providing same benefits given to permanent employees, and you are avoiding large headcount and a lot more. All previously mentioned and more can be easily translated into measurable cost efficiency.

Q7: Do we need to be ISO certified?

A7: ISO is setting criteria for a Quality Management system that help the company to be more organized in the sense of products quality and services provided. It emphasis on procedures and ensure that they are followed and adhered to. The ISO standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who wants to ensure their products and services consistently meet customer requirements and the quality is consistently improved.
