Why APLUS was created?

APLUS is Quality and Human Resources services provider in the Egyptian Market since 2015

The Idea came from having a Human Resources Experience for more than 25 years across the world with different multinational companies, with different business approaches and cultures and every time Human Resources were facing a challenge in one area a specialized entity in this area was brought to solve this challenge, yes they manage to solve it but on the other side they were affecting other areas negatively.

So, In order to avoid building something and destroying something else, APLUS came with the idea of providing a turnkey solutions to companies and business owners.

Turnkey in the sense of thinking about all factors involved in the challenges, knowing the company culture, studying people behavior and taking into consideration all different factors that can build and increase success in different areas, not only in Human Resources sector but the company future strategies and future growth and its quality deliverables.
