Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and best HR practices.
- Lead HR digital transformation, performance management, and leadership development.
- Build a strong culture, succession planning, and employee value proposition (EVP).
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning and change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- 15–20 years of HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CHRO or senior HR executive role in the retail or financial industry.
- Strong expertise in labor law, HR technology, and organizational development.
- Exceptional leadership, people management, and communication skills.
