Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth and brand visibility.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social channels.
- Oversee market research, customer insights, segmentation, and positioning strategies.
- Manage brand identity, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and drive continuous improvement through KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA preferred).
- 15–20 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in an executive role within the retail or financial sectors.
- Strong expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and customer experience.
- Excellent strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills.
