HR Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

· Address employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.

· Oversee performance evaluations and recommend training programs.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

· Handle payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· 5-7 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of labor law.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Proficient in HR software and MS Office.

· Preferred: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).

· Good knowledge of English.

Junior Cost Control Accountant

Location: Cairo

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze project and operational costs.
  • Track budgets and report variances.
  • Prepare cost reports and analysis for management.
  • Support financial audits and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and verify financial data.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining cost control systems.
  • Review supplier and contractor invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in cost control
