Terms and Conditions:

You can update or withdraw your CV at any time by contacting APLUS HR team.

Your CV will be shared internally within the APLUS recruitment team and relevant hiring managers only.

6. ATS Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the format and content of your CV are compatible with our ATS.
APLUS does not guarantee that your CV will be successfully parsed or read by the ATS if it does not meet
certain formatting standards.

7. No Guarantee of Employment
The submission of your CV to the ATS does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or employment with
APLUS.
Your CV will be evaluated based on the qualifications required for specific job openings, and only
selected candidates will be contacted.

8. Third-Party Service Providers
APLUS may use third-party service providers for hosting and managing the ATS. These third parties are
bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your personal information for
purposes other than recruitment.

9. Right to Modify or Terminate
APLUS reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the ATS system, as well as these terms and
conditions, at any time, without prior notice.
Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on the APLUS website or communicated through
the ATS.

10. Liability
APLUS is not liable for any technical issues or errors that may occur during the submission process or
with the operation of the ATS.
