I gained an extensive experience in organizational business developing and increasing the capabilities of its people to achieve their personal and business objectives. I deliver training in English and Arabic, with an impressive track record as a professional instructor; I have trained more than 3000 people with different nationalities and cultures in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Libya, Oman and Syria. The trainings delivered targeted personal competencies development and business excellence.
I developed talent management training solutions for top and line managers to assist them to increase their knowledge and skills to effectively manage their people and achieve business growth. The training solutions mainly assisted line managers in enhancing their communications skills, selecting the right candidate, providing proper orientation, training and on job coaching, presenting the company vision and the overall business strategy, mentoring and giving constructive feedback, building a coherent team, empowering employees, motivating their team, conducting a successful performance review and setting personal and business goals.
This diversified experience in the training and management filed gained from multinational environment helped me to identify the training and development needs for an organization and assist in transforming it to be a market leader in its field. This experience added a special flavor to the training courses as they are usually full of reflections on real life examples and real case studies and the interacting with customers gave me a great chance to pass on to my audience and teach them what I have been taught by my customers over the last 30 years.
I had a significant contribution in obtaining The Investors in People (IiP) accreditation with TNT and this was the first time that an organization obtains it in Egypt.
